Are there any aftermarket head/tail lights that I can buy for a 1996 Ford
Windstar GL? Something along the line of a street-racer feel is what I am looking for, such as euro or halo style.

I don't think so, but you can always do custom work. A little welding and body filler and you can make any type of light will fit. Try Mini Trukin Magazine for custom jobs and information.
