How do you change the dashboard lamps on a 2002 Chevrolet Monte Carlo?

A lamp on the climate control section went out. Is there a relatively painless way to replace a bulb here?

You don't, you have to get someone who knows how to take it apart, as this assembly is all in one piece, you might find a used one at the salvage yard, but remember to ask about the mileage as this this all built in,and when you change the Cluster you change the mileage.
