Ok, so next weekend I am going back to the dealerships and I'm going to finance a car. My 2001 Chevy Cavalier died on me, and I have my top 3 cars narrowed down to:

2007 Chevy Aveo 4 door
2008 Chevy Cobalt coupe
Toyota Yaris (possibly a 2007 model)

Any thoughts? I hate GM, especially after the way my Cavalier has just fallen apart, but with discounts AND my trade-in, I can get either the Cobalt OR the Aveo for $9000, as opposed to the Yaris which is pricier. I do understand that Toyotas are real good at retaining their value, but I'm just not sure if I want to finance that kind of money right now.
