I have changed the water pump, thermostat, and the fans are working. I make sure there is coolant in the car and my radiator has water. I'm not sure what is making it run so hot. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Two things i would check first. 1. when you changed the water pump did you "burp" the system so it would not get an air lock - when the engine is cold - take off the radiator cap - turn you heater on - and as it warms up there should be air bubbles - keep filling with anti freeze until full. 2. did you change your radiator cap - it may be weak or frozen - good luck

Make sure that there isn't some kind of bleeder screw that you have to use to get air out of the cooling system.

My wife had a chrysler LHS that would overheat if you didn't do this.
