I wanted to buy a 2010 saturn outlook but i was told new outlooks are no longer sold and only used ones are sold. This makes me very disappointed and now i decide to buy subaru forester.

I just want to know why and how GM shut down outlook manufacture?

Unfortunately, GM is "phasing out" the Saturn brand. No new Saturn cars are being manufactured.
